It's got as much or more content than other P90X spreadsheets that are selling for 3 and 4 times the price. Our P90X Spreadsheet is still the easiest to use and navigate, and you won't be lost in a sea of useless data. It's concise, well laid out, and very simple to use. If you bought the P90X DVDs, and didn't get the workbook or nutrition guide, then all you need is our spreadsheet. It's everything you need, rolled into a usefull, easy to use format.
